Matthew has a track record of achieving highly favorable outcomes for clients in high-stakes, complex civil litigation matters. Matthew has succeeded in bringing early dispositive issues before the courts and saving costs associated with discovery, and is skilled in early and efficient dispute resolution. Clients trust him because he has a keen understanding of their business and develops common-sense, business-minded and creative strategies to help resolve matters as efficiently as possible. Matthew\u2019s healthcare litigation practice encompasses reimbursement claims against commercial health insurers, coverage disputes, and enforcement of statutory payment obligations, with particular experience in large-scale, multi-party reimbursement disputes involving federal and state law.<\/p>\n
Matthew is also the co-chair of the Firm’s catastrophic injury and class action divisions. A fierce advocate for those who have been wronged, he represents individuals and classes of plaintiffs in personal injury, mass torts, products liability, and consumer class action matters involving corporate fraud, unfair business practices, and deceptive conduct. He fights tooth and nail for his clients to obtain the best results possible. \u00a0Matthew has secured millions in compensation for his clients, helping them achieve closure and finality during the most challenging periods of their lives. As a result of his efforts, Matthew was selected to Super Lawyers’ Rising Star 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n
